Georgette Miller immigrated to the United States from Jamaica with the goal of becoming an attorney in order to help others. Through perseverance and sacrifice, she put herself through school, earning her B.A. from John Jay College of Criminal Justice, her J.D. from Rutgers School of Law – Camden, and her Master of Laws (LLM) degree in Taxation from Temple University School of Law.
Georgette focuses her practice in the areas of Bankruptcy and Real Estate law. For more than 23 years, she has represented individual and commercial clients in bankruptcy proceedings in PA, NJ and NY. Georgette has helped thousands obtain financial relief and reorganize their financial lives and businesses to create a stable future. Her experience includes representing debtors, creditors, lenders, creditors’ committees, potential acquirers, investors, and asset purchasers.
