In the event that you choose not to file for bankruptcy, this office will be paid for any work performed and time spent on your behalf at the rate of $450 per hour for attorney work and $150 per hour for paralegal work and there will be a minimum of $750 deducted in ALL instances.
Further Loan Modification fees are non-refundable.
Please note that submitting a credit card payment does not create an attorney-client relationship with Dilworth Paxson LLP, which will occur only when you and Dilworth sign a written engagement letter. Upon submission of a credit card payment, Dilworth will conduct a search for any possible conflicts of interest and, if no conflicts of interest are identified, will send you an engagement letter. In the event a conflict of interest is identified, or Dilworth is otherwise unable to represent you for any reason, any credit card or other payment submitted will be refunded to you.
